Key Responsibilities:
Working within our busy homeless hostel (Lifehouse), as ourETE (Education, Training andEmployment) Support Workeryou will address our clients training and support needs, developing and offering a high-quality programme which promotes client choice and control, and empowers them to make positive life choices.
But this role is not just about using your existing knowledge to design and deliver training, or to run activities. With your previous experience of L&D and/or teaching, we also want you to:
* Analyse the needs of our clients to ensure the most appropriate programme is offered
* Build and maintain strong links with internal and external stakeholders to maximise on the ETE support clients can access
* Review and measure the success and relevance of our ETE support
