The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic sales department, playing a key role in growing our customer base. You will work closely with internal teams, contribute to product development and implement strategic sales initiatives. This is a Hybrid role, and you will be expected to spend 1-2 days per month on site in Castleford, Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify new business opportunities across multiple sectors and meet potential clients by expanding your network
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies targeting new and existing clients
* Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with customers, ensuring positive resolutions if required
* Collaborate closely with internal departments including Customer Services, Finance, Production and Management
* Offer professional product advice and develop products alongside customers and internal teams to guarantee customer satisfaction
* Serve as the primary contact for customers until the point of sale and remain in contact for any future requirements
* Provide accurate quotations based on customer requirements in a timely manner
* Promote and communicate new products to existing and new customers
* Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in sales within the cabin, modular and shopfitting industries
* Experience of working with clients in a large range of industries
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, driven to exceed targets, organised and a desire to develop individual skills and knowledge
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant sales/customer management software
