NFU Energy is looking for a Sales Team Manager to lead and develop our consultancy sales team.
This is a hands-on management role focused on improving performance, bringing structure to pipeline and follow-up activity, and helping the team convert more opportunities into revenue. Youll work closely with senior colleagues across sales, consultancy, and marketing to strengthen sales discipline and support the progression of key opportunities. Alongside managing the team, youll also oversee our channel sales activity, with a small personal revenue target.
What youll do
* Lead, coach, and develop a small sales team
* Improve pipeline management, forecasting, CRM discipline, and reporting
* Bring more structure and consistency to outreach, follow-up, and opportunity progression
* Support the team on key opportunities and step in where needed to help move deals forward
* Work closely with consultancy and marketing colleagues to align activity and improve results
* Manage and develop partner and introducer relationships, contributing to a small revenue target
