We are seeking an experienced Senior Knowledge & Information Manager to join the Operational unit of the Cabinet Office Digital Knowledge & Information Management (DKIM) team. The DKIM team delivers business-critical information management services essential to the Cabinet Office's (CO) priorities, with responsibilities including: Governance and Compliance - adherence to CO Information Management Standards Framework Monitoring and maintaining CO Information Management policy and guidance IM Policy drafting and implementation Lead on Machinery of Government (MOG) data transfers / migrations Google Library and AODocs management Delivery of IM training IM business support Providing IM business support to CO The immediate role of the postholder will be to work with the DKIM G7 Head of Unit to deliver a fit for purpose compliance and assurance function and business critical MOG transfer. You will also lead on information management policy and guidance review and communication to our users. Your responsibilities will include: Machinery of Government (MOG) data transfers: Represent the DKIM function on MOG transfers: to include attending meetings, drafting progress reports and liaising with key stakeholders when facilitating information / data transfer processes. Review of IM policies and guidance. Lead on DKIM communication to ensure alignment of comms in the DKIM and Corporate Services comms. Curious about Government Digital and Data?
