Overview

This is a full time, permanent position based in Fakenham, working Monday to Friday, days. A genuine platform to develop a career into further Production and Operations Management positions and beyond, with a structured induction plan and opportunities for long-term progression.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of approximately 40 to ensure the site runs efficiently to meet stringent KPIs, quality metrics and customer satisfaction targets.
* Demonstrate engaging, collaborative people management to foster teamwork and ensure staff feel valued as part of the business’s overall success.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies.
* Maintain health and safety compliance and ISO-standard operations in a high-volume, fast-paced, customer-critical environment.
Qualifications
* Ideally IOSH qualified.
* Solid literacy/numeracy skills; strong eye for detail and hygiene standards.
* Sharp, detail-oriented mindset with high standards for quality, health and safety.
* Experience of Lean and 5S would be an advantage.
