Marketing Manager

The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the marketing strategy across both restaurants, ensuring a cohesive yet distinctive voice for each brand. You will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and revenue through creative campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social media, PR, and partnerships
* Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels
* Plan and deliver campaigns, launches, and special events
* Oversee content creation, including photography, video, and storytelling
* Collaborate with PR agencies, media, and influencers
* Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns for ROI
* Manage marketing budgets and timelines
* Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing with business goals
About You
* Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy
* Exceptional creativity and storytelling skills
* Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting
* Excellent communication and project management abilities
* A genuine passion for food, culture, and guest experience
