Key Account Senior Recruitment Consultant – US Construction
London Bridge (Hybrid after probation)

£40,000 – £50,000 + uncapped commission
This is a role for an experienced 360 recruiter who wants to focus on delivery, maximise billings, and work a high-volume, live key account from day one.
If you're a strong consultant who enjoys fast-paced recruitment, closing roles, and working quality candidates through to placement - this is a ready-made desk with immediate earning potential.
At Centurion Selection, you'll join our London team working exclusively on a well-established U.S. construction key account, shared with only one other supplier.
This role is for someone who:
• Has proven experience in 360 agency recruitment
• Has a strong track record of billing and consistent placements
• Excels in sourcing, headhunting, and candidate delivery
• Is confident managing clients, interviews, and offer processes
• Thrives in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
• Wants to focus on delivery, not business development
What you'll be doing:
• Managing a high volume of live roles across the U.S. construction market
• Running the full 360 recruitment lifecycle end-to-end
• Proactively sourcing and headhunting top talent
• Managing interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations
• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Delivering quickly while maintaining quality and attention to detail
