The Role
A technical HR systems role focused on managing and optimising the HRIS platform.
You’ll act as the subject matter expert for system functionality, data integrity, and reporting, supporting HR teams with insights and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for HRIS queries
* Administer and maintain the HR system (Sage People)
* Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and checks
* Generate reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making
* Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
* Provide training and guidance to HR users
* Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with external vendors
* Ensure GDPR compliance and data security standards
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in an HRIS or HR systems role
* Strong experience with Sage People (essential)
* Advanced analytical and reporting skills
* Strong understanding of HR processes and data
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement
