The Sales Director at AllPoints Fibre Networks (APFN) is responsible for nurturing partner relationships in collaboration with our sales teams. As Sales Director, you will ensure APFN delivers best-in-class sales strategies to existing partners and forge new partner relationships. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of APFN’s sales business plan, working closely with our product team to bring a customer-centric sales strategy to life. This position requires a forward-thinking mindset and a commitment to best-practice leadership. What you will be doing:
As Sales Director, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of APFN’s full sales channel - the heart of the growth engine. This is a critical role with significant accountability in shaping our brand in a mature industry.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, planning to meet targets, developing relationships with clients and customers, and evaluating where APFN should invest in our footprint to expand through strategic partnerships.
You will develop a professional team with expertise in sales, tech presales, and business development, ensuring APFN values diversity and experience across this team.
You will develop plans to enter new wholesale channels, grow adoption of the APFN footprint, design value-added commercial propositions, and ensure partnership targets are met.
You will consider how APFN can evolve its processes and systems to maintain differentiation in the fibre market.
