The role is suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers, with support and professional development available.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment
* Assess, track, and report on pupil progress
* Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
* Uphold the school's values, policies, and safeguarding procedures
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* A commitment to inclusive practice and pupil wellbeing
