The school provides specialist education for pupils aged 11-16 with a variety of needs, including autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and speech and language needs. We are seeking an Assistant Headteacher who is deeply committed to inclusive practice, works collaboratively, and can take strategic responsibility for a key area of whole-school development. This area may include curriculum design, behaviour and wellbeing, teaching and learning, or staff development, depending on the successful candidate's expertise. Key Responsibilities: Lead and drive a specific area of school improvement. Champion high-quality, inclusive teaching and learning.
