The Role
You will join the Chichester team as a senior lawyer, managing a varied and often complex caseload spanning divorce, financial remedy, children matters, cohabitation disputes, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. You will be expected to handle matters of significant value and sensitivity with a high degree of autonomy, while contributing to the strategic growth and profile of the practice.
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified solicitor with 6+ years' PQE in family law
* Significant experience managing a broad and complex family caseload, including high-net-worth financial remedy and private children work
* Genuine enthusiasm for out-of-court dispute resolution; collaborative law or mediation accreditation is strongly preferred
* A natural mentor, with the ability to support and develop junior team members
* Commercially aware, with a track record of business development and client relationship management
* A constructive, client-focused approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead with empathy and authority
