SF are currently working with a business in Nottingham who are looking for a Management Accountant on a full or part time, permanent basis. This role will require some travel within the East Midlands in the first year.

Job duties:
- Financial Administration & Bookkeeping
- Maintain and update accounting records in line with company procedures
- Perform daily bank reconciliations for 2 x group companies across multiple current accounts
- Process journals including accruals and prepayments
- Maintain fixed asset registers
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to management
- Maintain intercompany balance between 3 x group companies
- Sales Ledger duties - Raise invoices, monitor and chase outstanding debt
- Prepare aged debtor reports
- Purchase Ledger duties - Maintain records, assist in processing invoices
- Prepare supplier payment runs in line with payment terms
- Assist with preparation of payroll data for processing
- Lead on monthly payroll processing including data input
