Our client is a market-leading BESS manufacturer and operator, delivering both advanced batteries and the energy they store, and they are looking to build and grow their new European Business Division.
The Role
Technical Sales Manager
Responsibilities
* Able to independently develop new customers, grow BESS sales pipeline and manage key account customer relationships.
* Be part of a slim, agile, fast-growing team and company.
* Develop BESS service business strategy and grow BESS service business pipeline.
* Partner with and lead internal function teams to close deals. Facilitate commercial negotiation with customers.
* Stay on top of the latest BESS market and power market developments in the region, as well as competitive landscape changes.
* Develop mid to long-term growth strategy for BESS sales and BESS Service business in the region.
Requirements
* Preferred 3+ years of Business Development and Sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in the energy storage industry.
* Rich network and customer resources in the Benelux region.
* Commercially acute and have a good understanding of contract terms and negotiation skills.
* Capable of setting up and leading a global sales team.
