What Youll be Doing:
* Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team
* Proactive in developing new business daily
* Building client relationships, meeting with clients face to face
* Have full autonomy of managing your own plan/desk
* Managing key accounts
* Full accountability for your own sales
* Candidate attraction/registrations/RTW checks
* Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am 5pm (1 hour lunch)
What Youll Need to Succeed:
1. Minimum 1 year recruitment background supported with sales success
2. Ability to build and develop business relationships
