Payroll Specialist - London - Perm - Up to 45K - Hybrid
We are currently partnering with one of the UK's leading legal firms, currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive payroll team, based at their London head office, with a hybrid working model requiring three days in the office each week.
You will play an integral role in the UK payroll team, managing multiple payrolls and supporting a diverse workforce, including employees, partners and salaried members. Acting as a key point of contact for payroll queries, you'll oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and contribute to streamlining and improving payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Payroll Specialist, your role will involve:
* Managing end-to-end processes for starters, leavers, and employee changes
* Processing monthly payroll accurately, including bonuses, commissions, and deductions
* Acting as a key contact for payroll queries, providing clear and timely support
* Assisting with month-end reporting and finance tasks, and covering for the Payroll Assistant when needed
What We're Looking For:
* CIPP qualified (advantageous, not essential)
* 3+ years' experience in payroll
* ADP, SAP or Success Factors experience (desirable, not essential)
