We are looking for a reliable, motivated Nightshift Service Colleague to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in preparing the store for the next day’s trade while ensuring smooth operations throughout the night.
Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves and chillers, carrying out date checks, cleaning, and maintaining high standards across the store. You will also be responsible for handling Q-commerce orders through platforms such as Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat. During busy periods, especially overnight, this can involve managing a high volume of orders efficiently and accurately.
This role requires someone who is confident working independently, able to stay calm under pressure, and capable of prioritising tasks when things get busy. At times, you may be working alone, so strong organisation, good time management, and the ability to handle situations independently are essential.
You will also provide friendly and professional service to any late-night or early-morning customers and support store operations to ensure the shop is safe, clean, and well-presented for the morning trade.
This position is ideal for someone hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented, who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly even during demanding shifts.
