You will be responsible for managing complex homelessness cases, supporting junior officers, and ensuring statutory duties are delivered in line with current legislation. Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of complex homelessness cases from assessment through to decision stage Providing guidance and oversight to Housing Options Officers.
