A leading specialist in modular accommodation and welfare solutions is expanding and looking for a hands-on Installation Supervisor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in modular buildings, portable cabins, welfare units, site accommodation, or lifting operations who wants to take the next step in their career.
You'll play a key role delivering and installing accommodation and welfare units on major construction and infrastructure projects, leading site teams and ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Site Services Installation OperativeKey Responsibilities
Supervising the installation and removal of modular accommodation and welfare units.
Acting as Crane Supervisor during lifting operations.
Carrying out Slinger/Signaller duties and coordinating safe crane movements.
Leading and motivating installation teams on customer sites.
Completing site surveys and planning future installations.
Attending maintenance jobs and breakdown call-outs when required.
Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations.
Maintaining RAMS, lift plans, and daily site documentation.
Building strong working relationships with contractors and site teams.What We're Looking For
CPCS or equivalent Slinger/Signaller qualification.
CPCS or equivalent Crane Supervisor qualification.
Experience working with modular buildings, portable cabins, welfare units, or site accommodation.
Good understanding of lifting operations and safe systems of work.
Ability to read drawings and installation plans.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience with Containex units would be an advantage.What's In It For You?
