L\'Oréal Luxe Multi-Brand Store Manager House of Fraser Belfast (32 Hours) (FTC until May 2026)
L’Oréal Luxe is seeking a Store Manager for House of Fraser Belfast (32 hours per week, FTC until May 2026). Lead a high-performing team to deliver a world-class luxury consumer experience across the portfolio of L’Oréal Luxe brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a World Class Customer Experience: coach the team to deliver exceptional service across all brands and touchpoints.
* Brand Excellence: act as a L’Oréal Luxe brand ambassador, delivering a luxurious customer experience through personalised service and merchandising standards.
* Product Expertise and Storytelling: demonstrate products, share brand history, and provide tailored knowledge and techniques to meet customer needs across categories and beauty tech offerings.
* Foster Omni Experiences: inform customers about in-store events, promotions and brand activations, and represent L’Oréal Luxe across internal/external channels, following company guidelines.
Driving Retail Performance
* Exceeding Sales Targets: develop and execute retail plans to achieve and surpass store targets and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities to maximise results.
* Creating Engaging Events: develop a dynamic annual calendar of events to generate excitement and growth for the store portfolio.
* Driving Innovation and New Business: implement innovative strategies to drive growth, leveraging product launches and brand anniversaries.
* Cultivating Client Loyalty: build and maintain a loyal VIP customer base and drive repeat business.
People Management and Development
* Talent Acquisition: lead recruitment for Beauty Advisors to build a high-performing team.
* Team Onboarding and Training: oversee onboarding and ongoing development to maximise performance and brand knowledge.
* Performance Monitoring and Feedback: provide coaching and feedback on productivity, service levels, product knowledge and selling skills.
* Performance Management: monitor performance, address underperformance, and implement improvement strategies.
* Employee Relations: maintain a positive, productive work environment.
Operational Excellence
* Maintaining Counter Standards: implement Brand VM guidelines and uphold luxury retail standards, hygiene and housekeeping.
* Teamwork and Training: participate in team activities and complete required training to stay current on product knowledge.
* Administrative Responsibilities: complete daily/weekly administrative tasks using designated platforms.
* Stock & Operations: maintain adequate stock levels and manage tester & PLV assets.
