What You'll Do
* Manage a regional property portfolio, delivering both day-to-day estates management and capital projects (up to £500k).
* Lead on property surveys, project scoping, tendering, and contract administration.
* Oversee statutory approvals, planning, and compliance.
* Partner with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver safe, inspiring spaces.
What We're Looking For
* Strong background in property/estates management (client-side experience preferred).
* Knowledge of construction, H&S legislation, JCT contracts, planning & building regs.
* Chartered (RICS/CIOB/CABE/IWFM) or working towards qualification.
* UK driving license + flexibility to travel across the South.
