The role will contribute to the effective delivery of private sector housing functions, statutory duties, and local performance targets, working in line with all relevant legislation, council policies, and procedures. Key Responsibilities Hold and exercise statutory designations including Authorised Officer, Inspector, Appointed Person, and other relevant roles as required.
