Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who is an expert in financial technology and will ensure our merchants with exceptional and timely technical support.
Your regular working hours will be 10:30–19:00. During the first few months, while you're onboarding and going through training, you'll work 9:00–17:30 to help you settle in and get all the support you need.
What You’ll Do
Provide technical support to Paynt merchants and partners via tickets, emails and phone.
Implement medium to high complexity solutions related to e-commerce platforms, transactions, plugins and integrations according to agreed SLA and standards.
