Overview
We are seeking a commercially aware and hands-on Technology Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of transformation initiatives across data, finance systems, and core business platforms for a Property Development and Management business based in London.
This is a highly business-facing role, working closely with the COO and Interim CTO and senior stakeholders to shape and deliver a modern, scalable technology landscape. You will play a key role in building delivery capability, improving integrations, and driving tangible outcomes across both strategic and tactical projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of multiple technology initiatives, including:
* Development of a new data platform and integration layer
* Implementation or upgrade of finance systems (e.g. Xero / Sage)
* Rollout of reporting, dashboards, and analytics capabilities
* Own end-to-end delivery from planning through to execution and adoption
* Manage priorities across both strategic programmes and smaller tactical improvements
* Contribute to the evolution of AI initiatives, including chatbot capabilities and improved data inputs/training
* Improve performance and value from existing platforms while introducing new capabilities where required
* Support the transition toward a more integrated and scalable architecture
* Collaborate with internal teams and external delivery partners (including SI partners and MSPs)
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience delivering technology and digital transformation projects including smaller ERP implementations or integrations
* Strong background in data platforms, integrations, or enterprise systems
* Experience working in less structured or growing organisations not purely large corporate experience
* A strong self-starter with high focus on delivery with the ability to execute and get things done in an entrepreneurial environment
