IT Support Engineer Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking to step into a more autonomous, client-facing role with real variety and responsibility?
You’ll work across multiple client environments, managing infrastructure, supporting users onsite and remotely, and playing a key role in project delivery — all while developing your skills in a highly collaborative and supportive setting.
3+ years of hands-on IT support experience (MSP or multi-client environments preferred)
~ Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows desktop/server, and general infrastructure
~ Confidence troubleshooting networking issues (WiFi, firewalls, VLANs, switching)
~ Providing both onsite and remote support to a diverse range of clients
CCTV, AV, telephony)
Delivering project work, installations, and technical upgrades
Salary starting at £30,000, with regular reviews and performance-based increases
~£1,000 retention bonus after 6 months
