Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a growing roster of influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
* Build strong relationships with talent, guiding their growth and brand partnerships
* Connect talent with global fashion and lifestyle brands such as Superdry, H&M, Adanola, and many more
* Oversee influencer campaigns from brief to delivery, ensuring creative excellence and KPI success
* Lead brand partnership outreach, negotiation, and deal execution
* Attend events and industry functions to grow the agency’s network and visibility
Qualifications
* Experience managing influencer or creator relationships
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A deep understanding of the social media and brand partnership landscape
* A passion for fashion, beauty, and digital culture
