The Role
* As Technical Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible with dealing with consumer technical and service issues
* Your time will be spent on the telephone, either giving advice or taking appropriate action as required.
* Being professional and polite, and delivering excellent levels of customer service
* Follow initial enquiries to conclusion
* Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays
* Based at their Kent head office
Skills and Experience
* Ideally experience within helpdesk roles
* Background of advising on technical products
* Excellent customer service
