We are looking for a skilled Cabinet Maker who shares our passion for woodworking and can thrive in a close-knit, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manufacture bespoke cabinetry and furniture to a high standard
* Work from technical drawings and specifications with precision
* Use both traditional woodworking skills and modern machinery
* Assist with site installations when required
* Maintain a tidy, safe workshop environment
Candidate Requirements:
* Experienced in cabinet making, joinery, or fine woodworking
* Able to read and interpret technical drawings
* Confident using woodworking machinery, hand tools, and finishing techniques
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and proud of your craft
* Enjoy working in a small, supportive team
* Flexible to assist with different stages of projects, including installations and client liaison
* Comfortable with manual handling, standing for extended periods, and workshop work
* Passionate about woodworking and creating high-quality bespoke pieces
* Holds a valid driver's licence and comfortable driving to client sites
* Be comfortable speaking to customers and advise
Terms & Benefits:
* Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 gross per year (depending on experience, typical for Berkshire area)
* Hours: 8-hour workday, 5 days a week
* Holidays: 25 days per year (plus bank holidays)

Additional Information:
Successful candidates will complete a two-week paid trial period. This allows both sides to ensure it's the right fit. Completing the trial does not guarantee employment, but if successful, a full time position will be offered.
