A key role in our commercial operation, the Leads Coordinator will manage and nurture incoming leads with precision and speed, ensuring potential clients receive timely and tailored engagement that supports conversion. The Leads Coordinator plays a critical role in driving growth by acting as the first point of contact, qualifying leads, and streamlining communication between prospects and the wider sales team. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, this role bridges the gap between marketing creativity and operational excellence. This role is essential for enabling the sales team to focus on selling while ensuring the infrastructure behind them is efficient, accurate, and scalable. The Role Manage the internal CRM system Maintain accurate records and data in the CRM system Lead and develop the samples process to maximise strong relationships with key clients and drive sales Identify new business opportunities using the CRM system Qualify inbound leads and assign them to appropriate sales team member Review lapsed leads and identified opportunities for new business Manage and drive inbound queries and turn into sales leads Monitor, track and respond to lead activity. Generate regular reports on lead activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health Be the key link with internal & external teams to drive our Parkside business forward Provide an A-Star level of support to client's enquiries Track market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Optimise lead conversation by analysing sales trends Monitor performance metrics, track service levels, and implement improvements Use email and CRM platform to manage campaigns and communications Collaborate with marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and lead-gen campaigns Identify patterns and suggest process improvements to increase lead conversion Manage follow-up communications to keep leads warm and engaged Responsible for sharing updates in sales meetings Use the CRM Database to identify and track upcoming developments and update our sales force Strategic partner updates on leads shared and converted Knowledge and Experience Needed Proficient with CRM systems Experience in sales support or lead coordination Proven experience in account management and sales Proven track record of driving sales targets Strong organisational skills Able to work well under pressure, both independently and as part of team Confident decision-maker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions. Attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident with Spark/MS Office/Nav. Organised and able to work under pressure. Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and continuously improve leadership and service skills.
