About the Role:
* Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with EHCPs
* Work collaboratively with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning strategies
* Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored learning activities
* Promote student independence, confidence, and engagement
* Support social, emotional, and behavioural needs, where appropriate
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (SEN), particularly in a secondary school setting
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A flexible and proactive approach to supporting diverse learning needs
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
