5. Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 pa DOE
Overview of the role:
6. To support the launch, development and administration of a new e-commerce site within SGS
7. Facilitate conversation with customers having queries, managing them and ensuring the correct action is taken
8. To liaise with different business lines, commercial teams and internal stakeholders across the organisation to gather, validate and maintain accurate product information
9. Analyse sales data, customer and market trends to make data-driven recommendations
10. Work closely with marketing teams to enhance the online shopping experience.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has previous experience working in an e-commerce or digital marketing space.
You will also have all of the following:
11. Degree within a Business or Digital Marketing field
12. Experience within an using cloud based e-commerce platforms
13. Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
14. Full Driving license for use in the UK
