About you:
Develop and maintain a high-performing team of Account Managers through coaching of In Call Excellence (ICE), Key Account Excellence (KAE), and Omnichannel Operations to achieve set referral performance in the region. Demonstrate strong regional leadership, including clear performance management, development and implementation of robust account plans, sound business acumen, and critical thinking to strategically resource and maximize opportunities. Ensure that all direct reports are trained and compliant with SpaMedica’s guidelines, including internal standard operating procedures.
