About Northcroft School Northcroft School is a specialist setting for children and young people with a range of needs, including social, emotional and mental health needs, autism (ASD), ADHD and experiences of trauma. We welcome pupils from Year 7 to Year 11 and place young people at the centre of everything we do. The role We are seeking to appoint a qualified, experienced and enthusiastic Maths Teacher who understands that pupils take individual and multiple pathways in learning. You will be committed to delivering high-quality teaching, closing gaps in prior learning and helping pupils progress confidently through Key Stages. This role requires a strong understanding of KS3 and KS4, with a willingness to strengthen knowledge of KS2 where needed to support progression into KS3. You will be supported by a dedicated team and the wider network within West Berkshire Local Authority.
