ThePayroll Administrator (EMEA & Americas)is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely delivery of payrolls across multiple countries in the EMEA and Americas regions, covering approximately 1,500 employees. This is a hands-on operational role focused on data collation, validation, vendor coordination, shared mailbox management, and service excellence. The role works closely with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant, accurate, and efficient payroll operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Payroll Operations
* Collect, compile, and validate monthly payroll inputs including starters, leavers, contractual changes, variable pay, benefits, deductions, leave data and statutory documentation.
* Prepare and submit payroll data to external vendors and track status through to completion.
* Perform pre- and post-payroll checks including reconciliations, variance analysis, and payroll summary preparation.
* Maintain accurate payroll files, audit trails, and secure documentation aligned to data protection standards.
* Support adherence to the payroll calendar, deadlines, and approval workflows
Mailbox, Query & Service Management
1. Manage and monitor the shared payroll mailbox daily, ensuring timely triage, responses, and escalation as required.
