Our client, a leading wealth management firm dedicated to delivering tailored financial solutions and exceptional service to their clients, is looking for a T&C Manager to join their team. This role is key in upholding and enhancing the quality and capability of their adviser population.
The T&C Manager will support the development, supervision, and ongoing competence of financial advisers. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory standards are met and fostering a culture of professional excellence. The role is central to maintaining the integrity of their advice model through proactive supervision and structured training.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support advisers in line with the firm’s T&C scheme and FCA requirements.
* Conduct observations, coaching, and formal assessments of advisers.
* Monitor KPIs and risk indicators to identify training needs.
* Lead induction training for new advisers and support ongoing development.
* Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Learning & Development teams to ensure governance and continuous improvement.
* Provide MI reports and contribute to audits and regulatory reviews.
* Promote ethical advice and continuous learning within the adviser community.
