What your days will look like
1. Strategic Leadership: Shape and implement GTM strategies with the Head of Industries Marketing, aligning them with UK-wide sales and marketing objectives.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders to understand business goals and tailor marketing approaches for impactful results.
3. Data-Driven Insights: Oversee marketing activations, analysing data for insights and recommendations to optimise effectiveness.
4. Innovative Marketing: Explore and adopt new channels, engaging audiences in fresh, exciting ways to drive brand growth.
5. Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with sales teams to ensure targeted marketing efforts that align with commercial opportunities.
6. Content Excellence: Develop thought leadership content that captivates key audiences, showcasingexpertise and industry leadership.

7. You have a proven track record in planning and executing strategies and campaigns, with a knack for aligning marketing with business outcomes.

9. You are an experienced collaborator with senior leadership,forging strong relationships with senior businessstakeholders and team members.
10. You are skilled in analysing complex ROI data to inform decision-making and optimise marketing efforts.
11. You are adept at managing multiple projects with a proactive, team-oriented mindset that drives results.
12. You have experience in Industrials and Services and/or wider sector marketing, although this is not essential
