You’ll join a team of highly experienced property solicitors and conveyancers, many of whom come from well-established and reputable law firms. Key Responsibilities:
* Handling a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
* Managing sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, transfers of equity
* Providing an efficient, client-focused service with regular client updates
* Working closely with colleagues and supporting the wider team when required
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
* Ability to manage a full caseload independently
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Licensed Conveyancer (qualification preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
