Private Banker – Boutique External Asset Manager (London)
We are seeking an experienced Private Banker to join a boutique External Asset Manager with a strong international footprint, as part of the continued growth of its London office.
This independent EAM provides bespoke wealth management services to both UK-based and international clients. With a highly entrepreneurial culture and a focus on delivering genuinely client-centric advice, the firm offers an alternative to the traditional private banking model.
You will be responsible for managing and developing your own client relationships, delivering tailored investment advice, and leveraging the firm’s open-architecture platform to meet diverse client needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Originate, onboard, and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients through your own business development efforts
* Proactively develop new client relationships and drive business development activity
* Deliver holistic wealth management advice across investments, structuring, and asset allocation
* Work closely with partner custodians to implement client strategies
* Maintain the highest standards of client service and regulatory compliance
Candidate Profile
* Proven track record as a Private Banker / Wealth Manager, ideally within a bank or similar institution
* Strong business development skills with the ability to originate and onboard new clients
* Experience working with UK and/or international clients
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to operate in a more independent environment
