A welcoming and ambitious 11–18 secondary school in Telford is seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher of English to join its well-established department from January 2026.
The Opportunity
This role has been designed with ECT development at its core. You will teach English across KS3 and KS4, working within a department that places a strong emphasis on clarity, literacy and structured progression. Schemes of work are well-resourced and carefully sequenced, giving you a solid framework while still allowing you to develop your own teaching style.
