Pastoral Lead - NorthamptonStart Date: September 2025 | Full-Time | Long-Term Role

We're working with secondary schools in Northampton seeking a caring, proactive Pastoral Lead to join their teams from September 2025. This full-time, long-term role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to support students' personal development, emotional wellbeing, and overall school experience.
What the job involves:
* Leading on pastoral care for students across the school
* Supporting young people with emotional, behavioural, or social difficulties
* Working closely with students one-to-one or in small groups to build trust and resilience
* Supporting the development of positive behaviour and promoting a safe, inclusive environment
* Monitoring student welfare and working with staff to develop support plans
* Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies
* Helping to create a positive school culture where every student feels seen and supported
What we're looking for:
* Experience working with young people in an educational or pastoral setting
* A kind, calm, and consistent approach to student support
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Someone reliable, organised, and passionate about student wellbeing
* (Bonus) Knowledge of safeguarding, mental health, or behaviour management
