* At least two years commercial info sec or cyber experience
* Root cause analysis skills
* A real passion for cyber
* Experience creating and maintaining incident logs
* strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to senior non-technical stakeholders
* Experience working in a scale up or SME environment would be advantageous
* A positive, engaging personality with no ego but the resolve to challenge and question existing process the norm when required
