Meet Our Client:
Our client is living with Mental Health challenges - he is a friendly gentleman in his 40s who enjoys the comfort of home life with his family. He’s a huge Manchester United fan, loves getting lost in a good book, and never misses a gripping crime programme. When he’s not cheering on his team, he enjoys gaming and exploring new adventures online. He’s looking for a Support Worker who can join him in his hobbies, share a few laughs, and help make everyday life enjoyable and engaging.
About the Role:
· Offer Motivation and Encouragement
· Assistance around home – General Housework and Cooking
· Admin & record-keeping
· Supporting social outings & activities & appointments
About You:
· A full UK driving licence (21+ for insurance purposes)
· Comfortable to accompany client on outings and to appointments
· Eligibility to Work in the UK: You must be eligible to work in the UK.Home Care Direct does not offer sponsorship or work visas
· Reliability, flexibility, and a friendly, upbeat attitude
· Experience with Challenging Behaviours
· Knowledge of Seizures
· A passion for making a real difference
