* Be part of a caring team that provides a safe and loving home for children and young people, led and supported by a registered manager.
* Act as a positive role model to meet their everyday living needs.
* Enjoy fun activities and days out such as football, play station, cycling and baking.
* Encourage and share hobbies and interests
* Carry out household tasks such as cooking and cleaning
* Provide emotional and physical support to allow the children to reach their full potential in sometimes challenging situations
* Build friendships and trusting relationships
* Help them to find pleasure in everyday tasks
* Empower them to make decisions about themselves

The ability to relate well and share interests, give encouragement and get involved.
* Full UK Driving licence is essential.
* We want people who are naturally caring, flexible and resilient with a keen interest in young people and their lives today.
* Great communication skills, positive and energetic.
* Experience within childrens care is highly beneficial.
* You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins.
