Behaviour Support Mentor: Location- Trafford: Teaching Personnel are currently working with a close client who are requiring a Behaviour Support Mentor to join their welcoming and supportive team on a full time basis ASAP. This role is based in a Secondary School in Trafford which is located close to various public transport links and there is also access to the staff car park if you drive. Your main duties will be to deliver targeted interventions to assist students with improving their behavioural skills. You will work closely with the classroom teacher and the SENCO and should play a key role in fostering a safe learning environment for students. The pay for this role will be around £95 per day dependent on experience. Job Duties: Support students with emotional and behavioural challenges on a 1:1 basis. Contribute to the development of individual behaviour plans. Successfully implement behaviour management interventions and strategies. Encourage a positive learning attitude whilst creating safe learning spaces for all. Monitor individual student progress. Build strong relationships and have great interpersonal skills. Job Requirements: Previous experience working with KS3 and KS4 students in a similar role. Great understanding of different behaviour management techniques and strategies.
