Benefits of the role include:
Basic salary between £28,000 and £32,000, DOE
Working hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Alternate Saturdays from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm on a rotation

Managing customer appointments and service enquiries efficiently
Liaising with workshop teams to coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs
Providing accurate quotes and explaining work carried out to customers
Keeping customers informed on vehicle status through effective communication
Upselling additional services and parts where appropriate
Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records
Ensuring a high standard of customer service at all timesRequirements for the Service Advisor role:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
