Teaching Personnel are working with a secondary school in the Littlehampton area of West Sussex, seeking a learning support assistant to join them from January 2026 or before.
The role:
The school is now seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their dedicated team from January 2026 or before. This role involves supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping to remove barriers to learning and ensuring all pupils can access the curriculum effectively. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff and the SEND department to provide tailored support, both in and out of the classroom. The role will involve providing in class support to individual students as well as delivering targeted interventions to small groups.
