About Our Client
You'd be joining a very agile and dynamic business, who are focused on continuing to grow and increase market share across both branded and private label home cleaning products.
Job Description
3. Manage and grow key client accounts within Grocer and Discount channels
4. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
5. Identify opportunities to onboard new customers.
6. Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Finance and Demand to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
8. Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
9. Manage P&L and meet all budget targets
The Successful Applicant
A successful National Account Manager should have:
10. Proven experience in FMCG sales, ideally within home cleaning products, home fragrance, cosmetics or transferable product area
11. Demonstrated experience successfully managing and growing national retail accounts
12. High energy and drive to achieve growth, to make a difference
13. Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans effectively.
14. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
