Description We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of projects across the business.
In this role, you will provide administrative, coordination, and reporting support to Project Managers, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with agreed timelines and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain project documentation, including plans, RAID logs, and action trackers
Ensure project records are stored accurately within SharePoint, Teams, or other project systems
Update project schedules and status reports
Track deliverables and key milestones
Schedule project meetings and workshops
Prepare agendas and meeting packs
Take accurate minutes and track actions through to completion
Follow up with stakeholders on outstanding tasks
Produce weekly and monthly project status reports
Maintain risk, issue, and change logs
Support the preparation of governance papers and steering committee packs
Ensure compliance with internal project management standards
Track project budgets and purchase orders
Raise and monitor invoices where required
Maintain resource allocation trackers
Act as a central point of contact for project communications
Coordinate activity between business and technical teams
Escalate risks or delays to the Project Manager where appropriate
Key Requirements
Highly organised with a structured approach to work
Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of tasks
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
Numerate with good analytical capability
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Additional Requirements
Strong organisational and administrative skills
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a project or PMO environment (desirable)
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile) (desirable)
Experience using project tools (e.g. MS Project, Planner, ) (desirable)
Experience within professional services or regulated industries (desirable)
