Our Client is currently looking for a Logistics Manager to join their team for a new project due to start in Jan 2026.
New Build Mixed User Scheme.

What Are They Looking For
* CSCS Black Card (NVQ Level 6)
* SMSTS, First Aid Tickets.
* Someone with min 4-5 years expereince - ideally on Multi phase new build schemes or someone who has worked on larger scale projects.
* Looking for a Problem Solver and Forward Thinker.
Key Responsibilities
* Logistics Planning & Coordination
o Develop and implement site Logistics Plan.
o Coordinate the flow of materials and deliveries to avoid site congestion and delays.
o Establish and maintain delivery schedules in collaboration with suppliers, subcontractors, and site managers.
* Site Operations Management
o Oversee site setup and logistics infrastructure, including hoarding, access gates, Security, signage, and welfare facilities.
o Manage traffic and pedestrian routes to ensure safe and efficient movement on and around the site.
o Management of Site Delivery System.
* Health, Safety & Compliance
o Ensure logistics operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
o Conduct risk assessments and enforce site safety standards in conjunction with Health and Safety Team.
o Manage permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements for deliveries and site access.
* Stakeholder Communication
o Act as the key point of contact between project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for logistics-related issues.
o Run Daily DABS / White Board Meetings with Client and Sub Contractors.
* Cost & Resource Management
o In Conjunction with Commercial Team - monitor and control logistics budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
o Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to optimize cost-effectiveness.
o Track performance against KPIs (e.g., delivery timeliness, waste reduction, resource utilization).
