Due to a period of sustained growth and a robust project pipeline for 2026/27, we are seeking a commercially astute Estimator to join their established pre-construction team. The Role This is not a "behind a desk only" role. As an Estimator for this specialist contractor, you will be the commercial engine behind a diverse range of tenders. You will be responsible for transforming complex client briefs into competitive, accurate, and achievable project bids. Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive Tendering: Prepare and manage prime cost estimates for high-spec projects across the Hospitality and Leisure sectors. Supply Chain Management: Negotiate with and manage an elite sub-contractor network to ensure value and quality. Site Evaluation: Conduct site visits across the UK to assess logistical constraints and project requirements. Value Engineering: Work proactively to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions that provide a competitive edge. Collaborative Handover: Liaise closely with the Operations and Business Development teams to ensure successful project mobilization.
